Mushroommm soup!!
The remanants of my pasta soup washed away being Tuesday night, i embarked upon taking upon myself a new challenge: I would learn how to make (thick) mushroom soup.. from scratch.

Finding the receipe was easy enough - there are hundreds upon thousands of 'em on Google. I used the first one i came across that didnt seem like too much of a gourmet (timewaster).

It turned out well!! :) In fact it turned out soo well that i arranged (okay, co-erced) Josh to come down and have it for dinner even though his basketball game ended at 10pm. I also cooked a chicken snitzel for him to go with my mushroom soup.
On top of that, i made him a little lunch pack with.. you guessed it!! MUSHROOM SOUP!! I am soo proud..

haha but now im out of mushroom soup. Damnit.
