SIckies..
Everyone in the Koh household, living under my roof is sick this week. Well, mainly Milo and me. I am down with a sore throat, headache and the chills, whilst Milo.. well.. he downed a whole bag of peanuts yesterday and has so far, vomited twice yesterday night and once this morning.
I am so worried.
I think it was my fault for leaving the nuts lying around.
I think Milo is dehydrated. He wouldn’t touch his food today, and he wouldn’t move from my bed. Am going to buy a pistol pump and forcefeed him water (and maybe some food).
Please Milo get better..

WEEKEND!!
Yay its THURSDAY! Do you know what this means, people? This means that it’s the WEEKEND!!!! It also means that Josh is coming back tomorrow night!!
I remember afew years ago when we first started going out and were afew months into the relationship. I think I was around 17 and he was 18. I remember asking Josh this question. “So hun, can you live without me?” Well I was fully expecting him to say “Oh NO!! You’re my WHOLE WORLD, and my LIFE Deb!!” Well, or something along those lines. Josh replied “Yes I can” without even blinking. (OUCHHH!!!!)
He must have looked at my face or something, because he quickly added “But, I really don’t want to, Deb.”
**Fast forward Time to present day 2008**
Now, I’m turning 23 and he is turning 24. For the first time in 2008, I have just spent a whole week without him being there, and me being alone in Australia. (Normally I go back to Singapore, and he gets left alone so I never really think about these things as I have plenty to do and people to catch up with).
This week without Josh, I have discovered that I am a strong, strong lady. (Yes, you can laugh here). I have discovered that YES, I can live without Josh. The plain, bare cold hard fact is that I CAN so live without the Josh person in my life. And I can do it easy too, because this weekend has been AWESOME. I have had the time to go to the gym, catch up with friends, have “me” time, shopping… shall I go on??
But I don’t want to. I so don’t. I don’t EVER want to spend my life without him.
Now I get what you mean Hun.deb's outta there..

Happy Anniversary Hun!!!!
I know its only for a week, but I still miss you.
I know I sound so pathetic (and loserish) right now, but I still miss you.
I had a fantastic weekend catching up with friends, but I still miss you. This weekend was one without Josh around. It’s the first weekend this year that he hasn’t been around, and I think I have spoken to him for less than 5 minutes in total since last Thursday night.
I miss your company. Okay, okay.. I really mean your Cooking.
I miss your laugh - your smile and your stupid lame jokes that I don’t get but you do.
I miss the way you make me laugh when u crack up at ur stupid jokes.
I miss everything about you. Can't believe after 5 years and 10 months exactly (yes today is our anniversary) i miss him so much more than when we first started going out.
Its okay, he’ll be back on Friday late night. I had a good weekend despite him not being there. Friday night I went shopping in the city, then came home, cooked dinner, and vegged out on my couch with Milo watching movies. Saturday was just gymming in the morning, cleaning my house, and going to music practice. Then me and my friend had a girls night in with dinner, movies. Sunday was church, and then Aaron came over for dinner, and we made Spaghetti (well, HE made it). In fact we made enough to feed a small country, so that’s what I had for lunch today! (and tomorrow, AND the day after).
Oh on a side note, Milo has discovered.. the joys of playing in the dirt. I let him out on Sunday for an hour or two into the garden, and low and behold!
Oh well.. can’t wait for Friday.
“Are you having FUN?!” deb's outta there..

BYE BYE JOSHIE.
I think im starting to get addicted to coffee. Every morning for the past week has seen me giving in to its seductive lure.
I love its aroma, its taste and what it does to my body. It rocks my world.
The secret is the milk. Always, always have it frothed. White, beautiful.. creamy.. man do I sound like an addict?!! I think my next big purchase will be the Nespresso machine (well thank You Clara!!).
Anyway, this weekend Josh is going away for his annual pilgrimage to the snow for a whole fun-filled week with his family, Jerry’s family and a whole bunch of other families. He is going to spend a whole week snowboarding and relaxing on the slopes of Mt Buller in Melbourne, and I, am going to spend a relaxing weekend catching up with friends, shopping, and doing girly things that I cant do when he’s here.
But.. I’ll miss him very much. Still haven’t quite figured out what to do with myself yet.. Most (if not all) of my weekends evolve around Josh (and Milo). Anyway, this Saturday night Im having dinner with one of my girlfriends, and on Sunday, dinner plans are in construction! Hopefully I’ll go shopping/ get my nails done, in between trying to save money, juggling my housework, exercise regime and church.
I’ll miss you heaps Josh. Have a good time and I give u permission to buy me something nice. Hahaha. Love you.Anyway, to end on a random note… I was babysitting last night, and we were watching this movie “Peter Pan – Return to Neverland.” I found this conversation between Captain Hook and Jane whilst Peter Pan was being captured particularly funny.
Jane: "You promised you wouldn’t harm a single hair on his head!!"
Captain Hook: "I DID!! didn’t i!? Well.. (
reaches out and plucks a single hair off Peter Pan’s head) NOW, SEE, THIS IS THE HAIR I WONT HARM!!”
HAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHA.
deb's outta there..

My Whole Week
Another couple of our friends are getting married this September. Well, they used to attend our church, where they met, about around 3-4 years ago now. Marcus and Jeanne. Josh and I got our invite a couple days ago. They are the best couple because they complement each other very well.. Awwww…. I love weddings!
Everyone’s getting married this year. Im sure you will all hear about the wedding later down the track (when I blog about it) but im so happy for them!!
Once again we have reached a Friday. If you thought my house was dirty before, it has certainly reached new lows this week. If not for Josh coming over during the week to clean/vacuum it (mainly cos he cant stand having to exist in my house with the dirt piles around).. okay we shall not go there..
This week has been an excellent week so far..
Monday Night:
Went to LHSS for Sit-Ins, and then to the gym for a light workout.
Tuesday:
Had a dental appointment in the afternoon – had 2 fillings taken out, was sore but feeling great now!! Went to watch Josh play bball in the evening, then we had a movie night in as he finished his exams!
Wednesday:
Dinner with Josh’s family after LHSS sit ins.
Thursday:
Went to the gym straight after work, then to Josh’s house for a light dinner. Yvette picked me up for the touch footy match and I got home at around 11pmish.
So.. what AM I doing this weekend?
Friday Night:
This weekend will kick off (Don’t I sound like announcer?) with giving a Voice Lesson, and then, going to my End of Year Financial Dinner (at Coopers Ale House!). Then, after dropping my friend back home, I will go home, clean my house (well, straighten everything out, do dishes but not vacuum). Then, hopefully, depending on the time, I will take a long, HOT shower, and then curl up on the couch with Josh and watch a movie.
Saturday:
I’ll endeavour to wake early, (at 8amish) and if possible, get 2 good hours at the gym to rock my body out. Then ill come home and do some laundry.
After which, I have LHSS sit ins till about 3.30pmish where ill go home and then cook something to take to Clare’s potluck dinner!!
Sunday:
I will again!! endeavour to wake early, and jog to Josh’s house by 8.30am, where I can then get changed, and ready for church. After church (and lunch), Josh can take me home direct. Here for the rest of the arvo I will do the rest of the heavy duty cleaning (ie, ironing, vacuuming, cooking, clothes folding from Saturday’s laundry). And try to squeeze abit of study in (have an exam coming up).
OKAY I know its boring, but its going to be productive, and i dont spend money doing any of this, so im happy. HAPPY!!
deb's outta there..
