It was soo worth it!!!
Worth the stress of the past few weeks.. worth the countless emails sent back and forth, worth the planning, actioning and good preparation all round...

Joy's Hens Night went off with a Bang and stayed there!!!!!! IT WAS EXPLOSIVE!!!

Well my friend Joy is getting married in afew weeks, and Nadia, Tiff and I, being bridesmaids, had to plan this awesome night for her. We planned it to have drinks/cocktails/fingerfood at her place first, then eventually head into town for a night of dancing, clubbing, drinking etc etc etc! Then in the morning we planned a scumptious brekkie of Pancakes (maybe with Bacon & Eggs).

So, yesterday morning i woke up at 7.30am to do my housework, cos i knew i wouldnt have time to do it this weekend and it was really shocking to see how my house can so easily get soo dirty and messy.. so it was something i had to do.

We got there at around 1pm to set the decorations up and do some last minute preparations. The night kicked off at 7pm. Photos will be up shortly.. haha.

Needless to say, we headed into town at around 11pm to the Vodka Bar first!! Armed with our trusty sashes labelled "BRIDE TO BE" and "BRIDESMAIDS" hung around us, and forsaking our coats to the chilly night, we started our journey there.. and proceeded to the Isobar, where we got free entry and free drinks, thanks to Joy knowing the owner. I love dancing!! hahaha. THen, it was off to SWISH!! where it was choccabloc full, and half of them were sleazy stupid guys.. but we shall not go there... haha Our final stop was at the Casino, where we then got picked up by Joy's Parents!!

We finally got to bed at around 3 am.. fully tired out/ liquored out (well Joy was anyway).. haha

This morning we all woke, tidied the remenants of last night's mess.. and proceeded to have pancakes with lemon, cream & sugar, and also with maple syrup (for some).

Joy's getting married !! YAY!!!!
This is what life is about too!! As Joy later remarked, it was awesome having seen so many of her friends in the same room, some that she hadn't caught up for ages with...

Its not time i would exchange for anything in the world.
This is life!!
