This week has been a busy one for me and Milo!! (Well, just for me – Poor Milo has a vet appointment next week.. awww.. and afew more to get desexed… poor little guy..) but oh well guess it has to be done!! and OMG I actually haven’t had the time to watch my darling Gray’s Anatomy.. NOOoo hahaha
FIRSTLY, GOOD LUCK TO SAMANTHA KOH WEI-FANG.. my sister (Unbelievably, by blood HAHA JUST KIDDING). haha I just wanna wish you all the best for your Os.. right now u must be sweating bullets and have armpit sweat patches.. anyway! OKAY.. This is just a snapshot of my week..
MONDAY
The opening night of Big Week Out. After work, Josh picked me up, and we went to the opening night cos Josh had to play the guitar. Was cool, the talk given was good.. all about not missing a single opportunity in your life.. wont elaborate more, but it was pretty cool seeing the younger generation (Grippers) serve…
TUESDAY
Woke up early at the crack of dawn (yes I literally mean that).. at 6am (CLAP CLAP CLAP LOUD APPLAUSE!!) to have a brekkie date with Jane Norman, one of my girls that has moved away to Canberra for Uni. She was flying back that afternoon, and all other times were booked up! So!! I picked her up at 7 before work, and we went to Maccas. It was so good catching up with Jane, I haven’t spoke to her in like 2-3 years! Though it was a short catch up (I had to drop her back home at 8 cos I had to get to work) it was so worth paying the price of getting up early. So worth the cost.
God please don’t let me miss any other opportunities like that for catching up with friends.. please God don’t let me be lazy and complacent and miss all these great times.. Open my eyes and wake me up to my world around me. WAKE ME UP!!After work, got home and tidied up the house. Then at 8.30pm, Alicia and Sam, Josh and Joash came over to play with Milo!! I love how Milo forces me to be social.. haha but it was awesome, got to spend some time with Alicia and Sam. Afterwhich, we all went for Sam and Josh’s basketball game at 9.45pm, and met up with other people that came to watch the game.. Lauren, Gayle, Becky, Daniel, Jess, Greg.. the usual crowd. By the time I got home at 11pmish I was absolutely buggered.. Tim and Becky came over for awhile, mainly because he had to get the guitar for BWO which was at my place.. so they played with Milo too!

After work, I went immediately to the Adelaide Aquatic Centre in the city to meet Janine for a Sauna/Spa/Steam catch up, followed by dinner at Café Primo at North Adelaide. Catching up with Janine was awesome. We hadn’t caught up in ages like 4-5 months I think? So we had heaps to talk about. Okay I know I may sound very old, but I guess its beautiful to see my cell group of girls – Janine, Jane, Bel, Jen maturing.. haha I mean its nice to catch up and realise how different their answers to questions and their life perspectives have changed from when they were 16 and still at school (Now they are all in Uni).. haha I guess people would view me the same way I guess.. haha
So that’s kinda all that went down this week, tonight, there’s a touch footy game on at 6!! cant wait for that!! Tomorrow night im going to a girl’s night dinner with Alicia, Lauren and afew more others.. will update later on!!
