Perspective
Well, its been ages since i blogged, and since i have some time in between my job, i thought it would be nice to update you guys on what's going on in my life.. OK your all thinking.. JOB?!!! JOB!?!! let me first talk about church camp..
Well, Church camp as usual was at Victor Harbour Red Shield campsite, but this year we had Craig and Nay Greenfield. They are an ordinary couple, but they have lived in the slums of Cambodia for 6 years now, and are ministering to the people of Cambodia. I LOVE them, because they simply live it like they tell. Craig was going on about "Are you going to be an Admirer of God, or a follower of God?".. Well this really spoke. Everytime Craig opened his mouth to tell of some story - ministering to orphans in Cambodia, my eyes literally teared up.. His eyes are so full of compassion, and anyone can clearly see how passionate he is about his ministry. It doesn't take being a pastor or someone with a mighty title to minister - just someone that listens to God and is so full of God-like compassion... well he is like one of the top 5 bestest speakers in my life - not just because his message is short and to the point (well that helped), but simply because he's living what he believes in.
Ok Back to my job at present..well, i really thank God for it. This year, my textbooks cost alot more than expected, so i was praying that maybe somehow ill get a job to compensate for it. So, after i got my textbooks i went straight to the employment service.. and i looked.. and lo n behold!! This job as a room auditor was advertised... its a once off thing, but the pay is pretty good.. I'd say this job was like a divine appointment - God saw my need and met it!! but i had to apply for it first.. and i really thank GOd for supplying it!!!
Anyway so yeah.. Uni is... yeah im really trying and working my butt off this semester, so my results will hopefully be alright i hope.. I haven't moved into my new house yet, so as of yet i don't have a phone/internet line. So that means i don't know when ill be able to find the time as well as effort to blog... try my best though..
