Fantasy fast becoming reality.. SLOW DOWN!!
I just spent the last two hours cleaning my room, washing my clothes, bringing out my blankie to sun and taking a shower.. still managed to exfoliate the dead skin cells off my body wor.. haha anyway this is just an update...
Yesterday Northpoint Toyota called up to say my car can be picked up today at 4pm. I was excited!! until i realised that due to my laziness and procrastination, i didn't give my account no. to my mother until yesterday, so the money hasnt come yet. That's alright.. hopefully i can pick up my new Toyota Echo on THursday afternoon. If not I'll just give them a deposit. haha.. I thought of a name for my Echo.. its.. E. Koh. get it?? Echo?!?? E.KOH?? HAHAHAHA
nah.. I think I'll just call my Echo Echo. haha its such a nice name. Don't you think?
anyway.. on SUnday something interesting happened. Last year, at the airport on my way to Sydney, I met this girl sitting next to me on the plane.. we got talking, and she wanted to find the meaning of life and explore christianity further.. so I told her about the alpha course... then we exchanged numbers and went on our way into sydney. I thought I would never see her again, but I decided to give her a call anyway. By this time 3 months had already passed. I thought that would be abit weird, but I just went.. yeah wadeva its not like ill see her again, and its not like she can embarrass me... so I called her up and never told anyone about it. She told me that she was actually leaving for New Zealand in the next few weeks so she couldnt make it to the Alpha course. SO i told her that I would give her no. to the guy in charge (Noel YEoh).. so she said yeah and that was it.
Last Sunday, Noel brought a girl up to testify about the Alpha course and how it has helped her. I thought she looked familiar. I was playing the bass so i was sittng behind her, to the side of the hall. Then she said.. "I met this girl at the airport..." it was THEN that i realised.. WAIT A SEC... THAT'S ME!!! as you can guess, if you know me, I got pretty excited and i said "that's me!!" damn loudly. THen she said.. "the girl's name is Deborah KOH." Then i was like.. OH CRAP. haha so Embarassing man.. I mean.. say my WHOLE NAME AS well.. walao. so PAISEH...
But overall I was like.. that's a pretty cool experience to have. Thank yOu God for using me. I mean this is one of the first times that I have actually witnessed to a random person off the plane (or street). THank YOU God.
